The service

GapCite operates gapcite.com. The service tracks whether AI assistants mention and recommend your business for real buyer questions. It also audits your website.

AI Marketer writes content and outreach drafts and can publish content to your connected website.

Accounts

You sign in using an emailed one-time link. Accounts do not use passwords.

You can connect AI assistants and other apps through OAuth. You approve each app and can disconnect it at any time in Settings > AI assistants.

Plans and billing

GapCite offers Starter, Growth, Pro and Scale plans. Plans are billed monthly or annually by card through a third-party payment processor.

You can change or cancel your plan through the billing portal in Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your paid period.

Plans have limits on prompts, projects, AI Marketer credits and daily tasks. AI Marketer credits are:

• Starter: no credits.
• Growth: 20 credits a month.
• Pro: 40 credits a month.
• Scale: 40 credits per project a month.

Credits reset monthly.

AI-generated content

AI Marketer drafts and AI assistant answers are machine-generated. You are responsible for reviewing anything published or sent in your name.

Publishing happens only to sites you connect. It happens when you take a publishing action or turn on automatic publishing.

No guaranteed results

GapCite does not guarantee that AI assistants will mention or recommend your business. AI engine results vary.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• Abuse the free scanner or rate limits.
• Scan or track for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to access other accounts.
• Resell access without agreement.

Suspension

GapCite may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is. GapCite's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

These terms may change. GapCite will email customers about material changes.
