What AI Marketer does
AI Marketer is available on Growth, Pro and Scale. It covers the full cycle for the prompts you're losing:
- Weekly plan. After each weekly tracking pass, it plans tasks Monday to Sunday in Actions > AI Marketer: up to 5 a day on Growth, 10 on Pro, 10 per project on Scale.
- Drafts. Full articles, page refreshes and outreach emails from real tracked data, using draft credits.
- Technical fixes. The exact code or text for each affected page. The weekly audit confirms when a fix is live.
- Progress. Each prompt you're losing is a campaign with three steps: Page live, Outreach sent, Cited.
Set up your weekly plan
- Review and edit Brand facts in the first-time setup card. These are drafted from your homepage. They are the only claims AI Marketer will make about you. Numbers in drafts that are not in your brand facts are flagged "Check claims".
- Under Where you post, choose from X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
- Set Tasks per day, up to your plan's limit.
- Click Save and plan this week.
Saving setup plans the rest of the current week straight away. Each week after the weekly tracking pass, AI Marketer plans tasks for Monday to Sunday, up to your tasks per day. If there are fewer strong opportunities, days get fewer tasks. It never adds filler.
A campaign includes all AI Marketer work for one prompt you are losing. That prompt appears as a content gap on the Actions tab.
Task types
- Technical fix: a finding from your website audit, with the paste-ready fix when GapCite can build one. Click I applied it. The next weekly audit confirms the fix.
- New page: a page for a prompt that no page answers yet.
- Page refresh: work on an existing page.
- Inclusion pitch: an email to a list or comparison page that AI engines cite for the prompt. This task appears only where a real email address was found.
- Review site listing: a listing on G2, Capterra or a similar site, when AI engines cite it.
- LinkedIn or Medium article: an article when AI engines cite those sites for the prompt.
- Link request: outreach to a page that mentions you without linking.
- Community reply: a reply to a Reddit or Quora thread that AI engines cite.
- Social posts: up to 3 a week for X, up to 2 for LinkedIn, and 1 each for other chosen platforms. Each post is about a different prompt.
Each site gets at most one outreach per 30 days.
Find your tasks
- Click List to see day tabs from Monday to Sunday. This view opens on today. Use the filter chips to filter by type, or filter by prompt.
- Click Calendar to see the whole week. Click a task to open it.
Unfinished tasks from last week move to today and are marked "From last week".
Review and complete a task
- Click Review to edit the text.
- For a page task, click Draft this page or Draft the refresh. Each uses 1 AI Marketer credit. Then review and publish it from the draft screen.
- For other tasks, use the post or send button. Emails open prefilled in Gmail, Outlook or another mail app. X opens prefilled. For Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Medium, LinkedIn articles and community replies, the text is copied and the site opens so you can paste it.
- After you click a post or send button, answer the confirmation question. AI Marketer asks "Did you post it?", or asks whether you sent it, published it or got listed. Click Yes only when you have completed the action. Only Yes counts as done. Click Not yet to put the task back.
Nothing is posted or sent automatically. You post or send from your own accounts. No account connections are needed.
Emails include a hidden tracking copy that confirms sending.
Track campaign progress
Each content gap shows three campaign progress steps:
- Page live
- Outreach sent
- Cited
Click View campaign to jump to that prompt's tasks.
Done tasks appear under Completed, with Got a reply and Undo.
Your weekly email tells you how many tasks are ready and which campaigns moved up a step.
Generate a draft
- Open a content gap or citation gap in Actions.
- Click Write it for an article or Draft outreach pitch for an email.
- Wait for the draft. You can leave the page while it is being created.
The agent uses only tracked gap data and a fresh read of your homepage. It does not invent facts beyond that brief.
You get an email when the draft is ready or if drafting fails. Sentiment items are never auto-drafted.
Revise and approve
- Review the draft.
- Give a free-text instruction if you want a revision.
- Review the revised draft. Each revision is saved and resets approval.
- Explicitly approve the draft before publishing, or reject it.
Nothing auto-publishes, and you can reject a draft without publishing.
Understand credits
One credit covers one generation or one revision.
- Growth: 20 credits per month.
- Pro: 40 credits per month.
- Scale: 40 credits per month per project.
Credits reset at the start of each calendar month. Unused credits do not roll over. Starter does not include AI Marketer.
