Read your visibility score

1. Click Visibility.
2. Click Overview.

Your visibility score is the share of checks where your brand is mentioned. One check is one prompt asked on one engine.

You can also see a separate visibility score for each engine.

Read ranking and changes over time

Average ranking position only counts answers that mention your brand. Answers without a mention do not count toward that average.

The visibility over time chart has one point for each weekly tracking pass. Tracking runs every Monday, early in the morning UTC, across every tracked prompt and every engine your plan includes.

Compare your brand with competitors

1. Click Visibility.
2. Click Compare.

The How you compare view measures each tracked competitor on the same prompts. You see the results side by side.

You can edit your tracked competitors at any time, up to 5.

Check individual answers

1. Click Visibility.
2. Click Prompts.

You see prompt-by-prompt results and which engines mentioned your brand or your competitors.
